The company Terra Nostra offers its services through the online shop located under the domain Adresse-Bekannter.pl ("Shop").
These regulations set forth the terms for using our Shop by you (customers browsing the Shop's content or placing orders), placing orders for the services we offer, as well as the terms for their provision or complaint. By creating an account in our Shop, you accept these regulations as well as the privacy policy (the content of which you can view here). Please familiarize yourself with its content and do not make any purchases of our services if you do not accept the regulations or the privacy policy. We reserve the right to change the regulations – you will be informed by providing the consolidated text of the regulations on this subpage. Changes take effect on the date indicated by us, but not before the expiration of 7 days after the date of providing the consolidated text of the regulations in the Shop. Changes to the regulations do not affect the terms of contracts concluded before the changes come into effect.
Terms of Use for the Online Shop
The online shop www.Adresse-Bekannter.pl may deny the customer the right to use the online shop and also restrict their access to parts or all of the content of the online shop with immediate effect if the customer:

has provided false, inaccurate, or outdated information during registration in the online shop that misleads the seller or violates the rights of third parties;

has violated the rights of third parties through the online shop, especially the personal rights of other customers of the online shop;

otherwise does not comply with applicable legal regulations or the general rules of internet usage or endangers the good reputation of the Adresse Bekannter online shop.
A person who has lost the right to use the online shop for the above reasons may not re-register without the prior consent of the Adresse Bekannter online shop.
Our Offered Services
Consolidated Packages
Our offered service, i.e., the consolidation and shipping of a package, includes:

providing a physical address in Poland, Germany, or France to which our customers can send shipments with goods purchased in Poland, Germany, France, or other EU countries;
-
consolidating several shipments (merging them into one shipment);
-
shipping the consolidated package to the address provided by the customer in Germany or France.
Single Packages
The services we offer for the shipping of single packages include:

providing a physical address in Poland, Germany, or France to which our customers can send shipments with goods purchased in Poland, Germany, France, or other EU countries;
-
receiving and accepting the package in our warehouse;
-
shipping the package to the address provided by the customer.
The following items may not be shipped as part of our services:

items exceeding the permissible dimensions or weight. More information on permissible dimensions and weight of shipments can be found on this page: >>SHIPMENT DIMENSIONS<<

items that cannot be packaged in a package whose circumference and length do not exceed 300 cm (2Width + 2Depth + Height ≤ 300 cm). The length is defined as the longest side of the package;

ammunition;

batteries;

antiques;

jewelry;
-
vouchers;
-
weapons and parts thereof;
-
certificates;
-
artworks;
-
furs and leather;

gemstones and precious metals;

perishable food or those requiring special storage conditions;

items whose transport is not permitted under applicable law (Polish, German, French).
Prices of Our Services
The prices of our services are set in EUR. However, purchases and payments can be made in PLN. The Shop provides the option to choose between the currencies EUR and PLN.
The seller reserves the right to change the prices of the goods on an ongoing basis and to conduct or cancel various types of promotions, sales, etc. The right mentioned in the previous sentence does not affect orders placed before the entry into force of a price increase, the terms of promotions, or sales.
Note! The prices we provide apply to shipments to addresses in Germany and France, with the exception of German islands, French islands, and French overseas territories. Shipping to islands and French overseas territories is possible but requires prior individual pricing arrangements.
The price of our service (consolidation and shipping of the package) includes the following services:

provision of an address for receiving packages in Poland, Germany, or France;

storage service;
-
consolidation service (merging) of shipments;
-
collective packaging of the consolidated package;
-
transport from the warehouse in Poland to the warehouse in Germany;
-
shipping of the consolidated package to the recipient's address.
Creating an Account in the Shop
Acquiring our services requires creating an account in the Shop or providing personal data and information about the delivery address when booking a specific service. However, creating an account shortens the order process and eliminates the need to provide data again for each order.
Creating an account requires providing an email address and setting a password for the account. When creating an account, you agree to provide complete and current information about yourself as requested in the registration form.
You may not transfer your rights to your account created in the Shop to anyone else or allow other persons to use it. You should protect the security of your account and the associated password and not disclose your password for the Shop account to third parties.
You can register in our Shop and purchase our offered services if you have full legal capacity (are of legal age). If you do not have full legal capacity, you may only acquire services with the prior consent of a parent, guardian, or legal representative.
If you act on behalf of an organization, legal entity, or another company, you should be authorized to use the Shop and act on their behalf.
After creating an account, you can provide additional information in your profile, such as delivery addresses or contact numbers.
Placing Orders
Placing orders is done through the online shop located at www.Adresse-Bekannter.pl.
The customer selects the service they want (destination country and weight of the consolidated package).
If the weight of the consolidated package exceeds the maximum weight set for this service, we will first attempt to reduce it by removing the shipments from their packaging (if you do not agree to this, please let us know).
If this does not achieve the desired effect or if you simply do not agree, we will determine the additional amount you must pay in the form of an additional payment. The difference between the price of the service for the actual weight of your shipment and the amount paid when ordering the service.
E.g.: You assume that the total weight of your order and packaging is between 5 and 15 kg. You order the shipping service that you find in the online shop for the price of 20 EUR for a package weighing up to 10 kg. However, the actual weight of the package we have consolidated for you is 12 kg. After consolidation, you must pay 8 EUR (2 EUR for the weight 10-15 kg) for the additional payment.
The additional payment must be paid upon delivery to the courier service that will bring the package to you.
If we cannot consolidate the shipments (because the total dimensions of the package are larger than the permissible dimensions or the weight exceeds the permissible value), we will inform you about the problem with the consolidation. In this case, you have the right to return the original packages to the address you provided. The return costs will be borne by you.
Sales Contracts
The purchase contract for the services we offer is concluded when the customer places the order, i.e., makes a booking in a form with an online shop and the payment has been made. Payments can be made in PLN or EUR, with prices stated in euros. The booking can be made when the amount is credited to the seller's bank account.
The confirmation of the contract conclusion is sent by email to the address provided by the customer, summarizing the content of the contract (type of service, price, and details of the order) as well as payment information.
The invoice will be sent within 14 days after payment has been received to the provided email address or the specified mailing address.
The seller reserves the right to terminate the contract without giving reasons within 14 days of its signing.
If the booking is not made within 7 days after the order is received in the seller's account, the order will be considered canceled.
Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days after the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the seller (Terra Nostra Paweł Jończyk, Adresse-Bekannter.pl, Maurice Ravel Str. 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein) with a clear statement (e.g., letter, email) about their decision to withdraw from the contract.
The customer may use the model withdrawal form, but is not obliged to. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before the expiration of the 14-day period.
In the event of withdrawal, the customer will be refunded the price of the service without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal statement.
Personal Data Processing
We guarantee the protection of your personal data. We process this data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, in particular in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data.

Final Provisions
All provisions of these regulations are to be interpreted in accordance with the applicable law of the Federal Republic of Germany. All disputes arising from the application of these regulations or from the contract will be settled before the competent court in Germany.
