The principles governing the processing of personal data provide a framework ensuring that personal data will be used appropriately. We are committed to ensuring that personal data is:

- Correct, adequate, and not excessive in quantity;
- Accurate and up-to-date - inaccurate or incomplete personal data will be corrected or deleted, or their further processing will be suspended;
- Retained for no longer than necessary;
- Processed only for a specific, explicit, and legitimate purpose, and in accordance with the purpose for which it was collected.
Types of personal data
We will collect and process personal data that you provide to us in various ways through different communication channels, including our online store operating at www.adres-znajomego.pl. Some personal data is necessary for the sale of our products, while providing other data is optional, for example, for marketing purposes.
We always indicate which personal data is mandatory (e.g., marked with an asterisk (*)) and what the consequences of not providing such data are - for example, it may result in the (complete) inability to fulfill your requests. Your rights

You can also request the update or correction of your data.
When we process your personal data automatically based on your consent or in connection with fulfilling orders for our products, you have the right to receive a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. We can send you this copy or transfer it to another data controller. Please note that this only applies to the personal data you have provided to us.
You have the right to delete your personal data that we process at any time. Exceptions are as follows:
- We are awaiting payment for the product you ordered;
- You have purchased something from our store - in this case, we will retain your personal data related to the transaction for accounting purposes;
- We suspect that your actions may result in claims against you.
You also have the right to object to the processing of your data to the extent that we do so based on legitimate interest. We will then stop processing your personal data. We will not do so if, according to the law, your interest or rights are invalidated or if there are legal claims against you. In this case, we will inform you.
You have the right to unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. You can do so in the email of the last newsletter (at the end, there is a link that, when clicked, cancels the further sending of newsletters) or by writing to us at the addresses provided at the beginning of the Privacy Policy.
If you believe that we process your personal data incorrectly, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, namely the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
We will process your account-related data in the store until you delete it or we do so due to a violation of our rights.
Data related to your purchases will be retained until any claims from you or us regarding this sale expire.
Data necessary for accounting or taxation purposes will be retained as long as required by accounting or tax laws.
We will retain your data for direct marketing purposes until you withdraw your consent.
