Parcel dimensions – shipping from France to the EU

To ensure smooth and efficient processing, our service covers only parcels that meet standard logistics requirements.

? Parcel dimensions (standard service)

• maximum length: 100 cm
• maximum girth: 300 cm
• calculated as: 2 × height + 2 × width + length
• maximum weight: depending on selected option (up to 5 / 10 / 15 / 25 / 30 kg)

The service is optimized for standard parcels to ensure stable delivery times and cost efficiency.

? Volumetric weight

If the volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight, it will be used for billing.

? Packing requirements

• solid cardboard box with regular shape
• packaging must match the content and weight
• contents must be properly secured
• suitable for automated transport
• no protruding elements

⚠️ Oversized parcels

Parcels exceeding standard dimensions (over 100 cm) may require an additional charge.

? For parcels with a length of 100–175 cm, an oversized parcel surcharge is required.

Non-compliant parcels may be subject to individual pricing.
