When you purchase this service, you will receive:

- an address in Germany where you can send your parcels

- shipment of the parcel to an address in France

Collection at a Mondial Relay Point (Point Relais)

Maximum size: length of the longest side up to 120 cm; LENGTH+WIDTH+HEIGHT = up to 150 cm

Delivery time: 3-6 days from the date of dispatch

Paid parcels are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt in our warehouse (on business days).

After placing and paying for the order, you will receive a PDF file from us with instructions on how to address your shipments to our address in Germany. This instruction also includes information on how you can provide us with the address of your preferred Mondial Relay Point (Point Relais) in France.

If the actual weight of the shipment that arrives at our warehouse in Germany exceeds the maximum weight for this service (1 kg), don't worry! In that case, we will ask for the payment of the difference between the purchased service and the final service.
