Oversized parcel surcharge (100–175 cm)

This service allows us to process parcels exceeding the standard length limit of 100 cm. It applies to shipments sent from France to countries within the European Union as part of our parcel forwarding service.

If your parcel is longer than 100 cm (up to a maximum of 175 cm), an oversized parcel surcharge is required.

When should this service be added?

• if the parcel length exceeds 100 cm
• if the parcel is larger than a standard shipment
• if you are shipping a parcel from France to an EU country through our service
• if you want to avoid delays in processing your order

Why is this surcharge required?

• larger parcels generate higher logistics costs
• they require special handling in sorting facilities
• they may be subject to additional charges from the logistics operator

Important information

• this service applies to parcels with a length between 100 and 175 cm
• the maximum length depends on the logistics operator’s capabilities
• failure to add this surcharge may result in the order being delayed or put on hold
