How does the service work?

Immediately after payment, the customer receives a unique delivery address in Poland. You can use this address to order goods from Polish stores. The parcel is then forwarded to Mondial Relay in France.

Maximum parcel dimensions:

Weight: up to 25 kg
Dimensions: 64x38x8 cm

Consolidation option:

If you want to order products from several stores, you can use the consolidation option. This service allows combining different parcels into one, reducing transport costs. A surcharge applies for each additional parcel and the collective box.
