Parcel from Poland to Germany up to 20 kg DPD

After purchasing and paying for this service, you can redirect the shipment from Poland to the address specified by us in Poland. Then we will send it to Germany, using a German courier service, to the address specified by you in Germany.

The cost of shipping in Poland is covered by you or the seller of the item you purchased. We cover the cost of shipping in Germany.

It is very important that the shipment is directed to the address provided in the PDF file, which you will receive as an attachment to the email after purchasing and paying for the service. This is important because we use two warehouses in Poland. One is intended for consolidated parcels (you can find more information about consolidated parcels here), and the other, located near the Polish-German border, is the correct address for the service you are currently reading about.

If you are unsure whether your parcel will fit within the weight range appropriate for the service you have purchased, don't worry! If the parcel exceeds the weight, you can make a surcharge. When the parcel arrives at our warehouse, we will inform you, and if the weight exceeds the predicted weight, we will ask for a surcharge. The surcharge amount is the difference between the price of the purchased service and the service appropriate for the actual weight of your parcel.
